Yummy Yin w/ Samantha
A slower paced style of yoga but not necessarily for slow paced people. All body types and fitness levels can benefit from yin energy. This is a passive class where uou will do less poses and hold for longer times. We get into connective tissue (deep tissue versus superficial). This practice helps regulate the flow of energy or chi in the body so you feel rejuvenated, relaxed, restored. Expect a great night’s sleep. Props enhance the practice if you don’t have a block, bolster and strap grab a few different size pillows and blankets. You can use a fabric belt for a strap or a hand towel.
