Yummy Yin w/ Samantha | Lower Body Release

Enjoy a deep, relaxing, slow flow as we target the connective tissues throughout the body. Yin yoga offers a variety of poses that aim to increase circulation in the joins and develop flexibility. You will find yourself relaxed yet challenging your body while enjoying slow and peaceful tunes. Yoga props help support your body for deeper relaxation. You can substitute with pillows, blankets and bolsters.

Gently wake up the body as we stretch the hamstrings first thing and make our way into shoelace pose to stretch out the biggest muscle- the glutes! Followed by counterposes to relax the mind and body.
