Yoga Sculpt w/ Jessica (45 mins)

Strength + Flexibility = Power.   Build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism as you move through a vinyasa class that incorporates cardio and strength training with yoga- Yay!  Led by Jessica and infused with equal parts joy and upbeat tunes – this class offers the option to incorporate light hand weights.

No weights no problem- flow and create resistance w/ isometric contraction or DIY weights – ie water bottles, soup cans or half empty handles of vodka (joking-a handle is too heavy- but you get the idea).  We prefer light weights or no weights to heavy weights but whatever you choose, take this class at your own pace.

There are also optional plyometrics.
