Yoga Sculpt w/ Jessica (1 hour)
Strength + Flexibility = Power. Build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism as you move through a vinyasa class that incorporates cardio and strength training with yoga- Yay! Led by Jessica and infused with equal parts joy and upbeat upbeat tunes – this class offers the option to incorporate light hand weights. No weights no problem- flow and create resistance w/ isometric contraction or DIY weights – ie water bottles, soup cans or half empty handles of vodka (joking-a handle is too heavy- but you get the idea). We prefer light weights or no weights to heavy weights but whatever you choose, take this class at your own pace.
