This practice is a great place for newbies to learn vinyasa flow (and/or active recovery for athletes).  Every yoga pose is meaningful and when paired with the breath potentially profound. This is your time to set intentions, create space in your body, rinse out toxins and declutter the mind!  Put some delight in your afternoons, it’s your practice, let me be the guide!
