Vin Yin w/ Carol -Happy Hips & Hammies
Vin/Yin combines the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. This class is led by Carol and will focus on creating space in the hips and giving those hamstrings a great stretch.
