Power Zone Flow w/Gina
This class is for experienced yogis who are comfortable with alignment – you know the poses w/o detailed instruction or sight. It’s a flow class with minimal cues so you can get out of your head and into the music, igniting your body and breath. When everything is working in concert together as it should w/o overthinking- athletes call this The Zone.
During times of stress our shoulders ride the ears. Relax them with a power flow that presents plenty of challenges to your breath, body and balance. Your shoulders will be rewarded at the end with a restorative stretch – Cow Facing Arms. This involves the arms reaching together behind the body so have a strap, fabric belt or hand towel near by in case you can’t make that connection.
