Twists & Binds- Yoga For Digestion w/ Maureen

Aka Yoga for Gut Health. In this class, led by Ashtangi Maureen, students will focus on twists, binds, and forward folds. All aid in digestion, which helps the internal organs work more efficiently. In addition to helping the digestive process, twists and binds stretch the lower back, easing pain and increasing mobility. Please practice on an empty stomach.
