Vin & Yin w/ Samantha | Core
We all like to go go go but the body needs restorative as much as it does heat. This class is led by tennis player Samantha and combines the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
