Slow Flow- mindfully move though a vinyasa based class led by Ashtangi Maureen. This class is ideal for all who want to learn proper alignment or crave refinement. Every shape created carries the obvious benefits of strengthening, stretching (or a combo ) but when given a little extra time and space they can create magic. Benefits not visible to the eye but you can feel- increase metabolism, decreased stress, improved kidney function and more. A deeper nuanced practice is a great way to increase body awareness and take your yoga to the next level.
