Restorative Yoga w/ Maureen
Restorative Yoga is yummy for all body types and fitness levels. Mindfully move through poses at a slow pace using breath, gravity and extended holds to encourage muscles relaxation. This passive approach to deep stretching can produce profound openings in the body, mind and spirit. It’s time to let go- you’re in great hands with our Ashtangi guru Maureen. Yoga props such as bolster, block and/or strap enhance this practice by supporting the body. (You can easily substitute with different size pillows, blankets and a fabric belt or towel).
