PreNatal Yoga with Kim
Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Designed to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Appropriate for all experience levels but please consult your physician prior. We want you to feel nurtured, supported and practice at you own pace. Led by Birth Doula Kim Denham, this class is a playful way to reduce the aches and pains. There is an emphasis on special breathing techniques, opening the hips, and preparing the body for birth.
