High Intensity Interval Training done Tabata Style- that’s a 4 minute interval broken down into 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest x 8- WOW. Can you say calorie burn?! This cardio intensive class focuses on core, quads & glutes w/ plenty of abdominal work. There are optional plyometrics and at times this class is fast paced class. Feel free to take at your own level.
