More physically challenging then most restorative classes because there is some strength involved  but basically Movement & Mobility is the theme as you mindfully transition through yoga asana, mobility patterns and vinyasa sequencing to open the body in new ways. Suitable for all levels and a great place to learn proper breathing technique and alignment.
