Mid Morning Meditation w/ Maureen (30 mins)

Everyone should meditate for 20 minutes a day unless you are very very busy then please mediate for one hour.  

This mini retreat is comprised of 10 minutes breathing, body awareness and mental imagery led by Ashtangi Maureen and 20 minutes of mental vacation.  Go back to work or your day refreshed, creative, more mindful and in charge.
