Meditation for Rookies w/ Gina (5 mins)

Everyone should mediate 20 minutes a day unless you are very busy and in that case, please meditate for an hour 🙂

Seriously studies show that people experience the same benefits of mediation whether they do it for a few minutes a day or a few hours. In this short session we explore the many benefits of meditation and demystify the practice and how you how easy it is to get started by simply counting inhales (1) and exhales (2).  The actual meditation itself is only a little more than one minute. When you are ready to extend your session, use the  1-2 technique in this video and try setting an alarm for 2 minutes, 3 and so on.
