This 60 min class is an open level Kundalini practice with incorporated flows and sequences. During our time, you will learn the secrets of Kundalini using mantras,kryias and most importantly breath work. Commonly known as “mind yoga” This restorative exercise uses key points to tune into the body and absorb knowledge through chakra awareness and chanting.
