This yoga sequence was created by Baron Baptiste- a Power Vinyasa Flow typically done in heat. The heat warms up the muscles so they are more pliable and greater flexibility can be achieved. Baptiste says this practice focuses on asana (poses), meditation and self-inquiry. Experienced hot yogis feel free to turn the heat on up to 90 degrees
Fahrenheit or just turn the ac off. Newbies please try no heat or low heat first.
