Intro to Migraine Yoga™ and a look into what the Migraine Yoga Program™ is all about!  Geared towards migraine sufferers, this class is designed to recharge and de-stressing with gentle stretching, breath work techniques, and a meditation you can easily do every day. No experience required, all levels welcome. This workshop/ class meant to be an intro into a longer program and is led by Ashley, The Migraine Yogini™ “I’m excited for you to join me and learn a little about my journey and how I can help  alleviate migraine severity and symptoms!
