Aka High Intensity Interval Training- This cardio strength and conditioning class is comprised of short intervals designed to increase heart rate, build muscle & endurance and make you sweat or if you prefer -sparkle! Fast paced class with optional plyometrics. Take at your own pace. Experience helpful, but not required. Sneakers and Floor mat suggested.
