HIIT Yoga & Meditation w/ Kelsey

Like a great novel, this has a little bit of everything. For the yogi who loves to cross train. Flow through cardio intervals, strength & conditioning plus yummy yoga stretching, breathing and mindfulness. At times it’s fast paced and includes optional plyometrics. We know one size does not fit all so please modify to suit your day. This class ends with a blissful meditation. Experience helpful but not required. Namaslay!
