Led by Gut Health Coach Hannah Alyward this comprehensive class has all you need to stoke your metabolism and keep your heart beat bumpin. A 5 minute warm up followed by 30 minutes of total body cardio strength and conditioning intervals. The class ends with a cool down of yummy stretches to restore your muscles. Experience helpful but not required. Please wear sensible sneakers and have a mat handy for the floor work.
