Learn the right way to roll and compliment your work-outs with myofascial release. This class is for athletes, cross trainers or anyone who feels tightness. Repetitive motion causes knots to build up in your connective tissue. When done correctly, foam rolling releases these kinks, improving circulation and ultimately performance. (When done wrong, it can cause more harm than good). This is great for prep for athletic activity or a way to restore on your recovery day. You’ll need a tennis/softball and a foam roller or a large size bottle (yes – like a wine bottle). Like a regular message this is very detoxifying and you should drink plenty of water.
