Evening Meditation w/ Kelsey (15 min)
Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness techniques vary, but in general, mindfulness meditation involves a breathing practice, mental imagery, awareness of body and mind, and muscle and body relaxation. Led by Kelsey this short session is designed to declutter and destress so you can enjoy a great night’s sleep get your brain ready for rest.
