Core 30 w/ Gina (30 mins.)
Our core 30 class is a slow and steady wins the race class with concentrated movements that target the lower obliques, transverse abdominals, and tighten that lower belly! ALL levels welcome. This class will walk you through each movement, dedicating time to make sure you are taking it slow and engaging the WHOLE CORE: glutes, back and abdominals
There are optional plyometrics in this class and options for all.
