Beginner Yoga Flow is a great place to learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In this short sequence we begin with proper uji breath technique to get centered. Then progress to a level 1 slow flow exploring Vinyasa, Cobra, Warrior 1 & Warrior 2, Tree Pose and Bridge.
